Caramel-Graham-Peanut Butter Ghosts

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-cracker) sleeve of graham crackers
  • 24 unwrapped Fun Size TWIXยฎ (you’ll need to buy two bags due to shrinkflation because only 19 bars are included in the 10.83 oz bag – enjoy the extras later)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) container vanilla frosting – any brand is okay
  • 16 Chocolate Chips (cut in half)
  • Wax paper
  • Sheet pan
  • Food processor

Directions:

  1. In a food processor pulse 10 graham crackers
  2. Add Twix and pulse until finely ground
  3. Add the peanut butter and confectioner sugar and blend together.
  4. Divide the mixture into 16 pieces. If too sticky, add extra confectioner sugar as necessary. Shape each piece into a ghost. Place on wax paper covered sheet pan.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes
  6. Heat frosting in the microwave for approximately 10-20 seconds until thin. Spoon heated frosting over the ghosts
  7. Place halved chips for eyes

๐Ÿ”ฅ S’more on a Pretzel Stick: My Genius Idea of the Week! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Ever struggled to get that perfect roasted marshmallow off the stick without burning your fingers? ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ Or maybe you’ve dealt with the sticky aftermath of those gooey sticks? ๐Ÿ™„ And let’s not even talk about the near eye-poking disasters with undone coat hangers! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Well, problem SOLVED! ๐Ÿ’ก I swapped out the usual roasting stick for a pretzel, and it’s a total game-changer. Not only does it save your fingers, but you also get a salty crunch that pairs perfectly with the sweet, melty marshmallow. ๐Ÿ™Œ

No open fire? No worries! You can still enjoy this treat using your oven’s broiler or even the stovetop. The broiler is perfect for anyone who prefers their marshmallows flame-free. ๐Ÿ˜…

I was going to use a butane torch that looked like a mini gun (how cool, right?), but it arrived without the butane. ๐Ÿ˜’ Who has time for that? So back it goes!

Who’s trying this out? ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅจ
