Okay, this recipe goes against my normal push for indulging in life’s guilty pleasures as this is a guilt free, gluten free. Yet, it is so awesome that I needed to share it. However, if you care to live life on the wild side and get a little naughty, substitute the blueberries with chocolate chips in the pancakes. Enjoy!
