I prepared red velvet brownies for Valentine’s Day and ended up with plenty of leftover pieces once I cut them into heart shapes.
I decided to do a little twist on cake pops. I blended the leftover bits with whipped chocolate ganache. Afterward, I molded white chocolate cups to hold the brownie mixture.
After I made the cups, I used the rest of the leftovers and made red velvet brownie ice cream.
Almond flour compliments the nutty pecans

The lemon curd in the recipe is good enough to eat a cup of it straight with a spoon.
