While an affogato is traditionally made with espresso, I used coffee instead. The ube ice cream was an unbelievable combination with its hints of vanilla and coconut. And what a fun color!

Another Gluten Free Dessert!

I don’t make Rice Krispie Treats often, but whenever I do, I’m reminded of how delicious they are despite their simplicity. They’re not fancy, but they taste amazing!

The addition of 1 tsp. of Ube flavoring turns this dessert into something SENSATIONAL.

The added flavor is subtle, with notes of coconut and vanilla.

But the strong purple color is super fun and great for holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, and Halloween.

Unlike food coloring, the liquid Ube didn’t stain my hands.
