Red Velvet Brownies…no crumbs left behind.

I prepared red velvet brownies for Valentine’s Day and ended up with plenty of leftover pieces once I cut them into heart shapes.

I decided to do a little twist on cake pops. I blended the leftover bits with whipped chocolate ganache. Afterward, I molded white chocolate cups to hold the brownie mixture.

After I made the cups, I used the rest of the leftovers and made red velvet brownie ice cream.

National Coffee Ice Cream Day.

Add some chocolate chips and serve it up on top of a brownie…perfection.

  1. Coffee float – similar to a root beer float but with coffee instead of soda
  2. Coffee ice cream shake with Bailey’s Irish Cream Liquor
  3. Coffee with a scoop of chocolate-chip, coffee ice cream
