After 5 years away, I took a day trip back to Chicago and had an amazing time! The weather was perfect, I snapped tons of photos, and even visited my old law school. After walking over 7 miles, I was craving a Jimmy John’s unwich*and hoped to grab one on my way to Union Station. But…….nooooooo CLOSED! 🙃 So much for that perfect plan! 😂 I ended up buying caramel corn from Nuts on Clark instead. *unwich – a gluten-free substitute for a sandwich, where instead of bread, Jimmy John’s makes a wrap with iceberg lettuce #Chicago #GlutenFree #JimmyJohns #Cravings
